Ville Hotel

I did not stay here, however my daughter was recently in severe need of help and I called the hotel and spoke to Bodi. They took her in and kept her safe. Bodi leant her a little personal money as all hers had been stolen. Outstanding service. Very impressed. If this is how you treat people then you are a credit to Manchester.

Perfect location. Staff fantastic. Very welcoming and accommodating. Room was nice but a bit noisy downstairs. No issue for me as I'm a deep sleeper.

The woman on the desk were able to check us in last minute as the hotel we originally booked would not accept us, very friendly and the room we had was great for the price

I stayed at a hotel located in the heart of Manchester’s gay district, a lively and energetic area. The location is perfect if you want to be close to the bars, clubs, and restaurants that bring life to the city center, especially on Canal Street, where the party scene is always vibrant. As for the room, it was in good condition—clean and comfortable. However, the bed wasn’t the best part of the experience. Every time I moved, it made a lot of noise, giving the impression it might break at any moment. If you're a light sleeper, this could be a bit of a problem. The area itself is full of energy, but keep in mind that with the festive atmosphere, especially on weekends, the outside noise can be somewhat disruptive if you're looking for peace and quiet. Overall, it’s a good place to stay if you want to enjoy Manchester’s lively surroundings, but it might not be ideal if you’re after complete rest.

Had a great stay at Ville Hotel for 4 nights. Located in Manchester city center with all amenities in walking distance especially for night life activities. The rooms and washroom were clean. Definitely a good place to stay. The fan was dustry though and the electric kettle coil had rust in it which is a big health hazard.

Rachel at the Village Hotel is always welcoming and helpful. She’s polite, approachable, and makes sure everything is clean and well looked after. It might only cost £1 to use the facilities, but the way Rachel manages it makes the experience feel much more pleasant and professional. Her friendly attitude really stands out — she’s a credit to the hotel!

Good hotel, in a great location, although a lot of noise and light coming from the street outside. I slept with earplugs and was fine. No extractor fan in the bathroom and a bit of mould build up in the shower. Twin room wasn't two identical beds, but one proper comfy double bed, and one poor quality hard mattress - I don't believe this was specified when I booked. Lovely staff. Clean room.

This hotel is in a great location in the middle of the bars and clubs in the Gay Village. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the shower had great pressure and the water temperature was perfect. Couldn’t fault the interaction we had with reception when checking in and out. The lady (unfortunately didn’t get her name) was very welcoming and friendly.
